Dear Future Mentor,

If you decide to perform your community service at the E-Tanoda, here’s what you can expect in terms of organizing your service:

1. For us to account for your community service hours (IKSZ), we need to have an agreement with your school. If you attend a school we don’t have an agreement with yet, contact us, and we will reach out to your school! Here is an example of a contract with a school.

2. After establishing a contract with your school, we will also sign a contract with you. This contract will outline the mandatory rules for participation and provide the semester schedule. This contract is renewed every semester. Here is an example of the contract for the second semester of the 2021-2022 academic year.

3. Participation (as most of the program is conducted online) also requires you to sign a data management information sheet. This document explains who has access to your data, how, and for how long. Please read it carefully. Here is the data management information sheet for the 2021-2022 academic year.
