The goal of E-tanoda Program is to give every child a chance to thrive through digital mentoring and 21st-century pedagogical tools, regardless of where they live or what circumstances they learn in. In this mission — and in supporting it — companies can play a key role: with the help of responsible corporate partners, we can not only sustain our programs but also shape a more inclusive and socially conscious future together.

How can your company or organization get involved?

        1. As a supporter or donor

As a corporate partner, you can help ensure that disadvantaged children continue to have access to online learning, digital devices, and development programs during both the school year and summer. Support doesn’t have to be purely financial — donations of equipment, services, or professional collaboration are equally valuable. Devices used by children tend to wear out quickly, even with the greatest care, so all contributions make a real difference.

        2. As part of a CSR or ESG program

Cooperation with E-tanoda fits perfectly within the “Social” (S) pillar of a company’s ESG strategy: it generates direct social impact while strengthening corporate social responsibility and employee engagement in the long term. Together, we can design projects that support both children’s equal opportunities and the company’s community goals. Among the UN Sustainable Development Goals, we align most closely with Goal 4: Quality Education.

    3. Through social awareness workshops and team-building sessions

As part of corporate partnerships, we offer social sensitivity workshops that foster empathy, cooperation, and community-mindedness among employees.

        - Currently available workshops:

        - Social Awareness Workshop: Focused on helping employees understand the urban–rural divide, particularly the challenges faced by impoverished rural areas. Poverty is discussed as both a trauma and a social condition.

        - Competence-Based Thinking Workshop: Especially recommended for HR professionals involved in internal training design and team building.

        - Corporate Parenting Workshop: For parents who want to better understand their teenagers’ online world — What is my child doing on the internet? How can I connect with their world?

       - ROMOJI Workshop: An interactive, narrative adventure game developed within an Erasmus+ partnership. The game tells the story of three teenagers — Janó, Roló, and Emma — whose friendship explores both the everyday life of Roma communities and the power of acceptance, solidarity, and shared thinking. The mobile application (available for free on App Store and Google Play) is accompanied by a training session led by E-tanoda experts. This combination of gameplay and reflective discussion gives employees the opportunity to experience, firsthand, what it means to think and act with greater social awareness — while enjoying a unique, inspiring, and team-building experience. This workshop is offered free of charge upon scheduling. Important note: In 2025, E-tanoda’s mentoring initiative and the ROMOJI training program won the Gold Award in the secondary school category of the Fáy Foundation’s Educational Innovation Prize.
