Dear User,

You can also find the E-tanoda website and program’s privacy policy – supplemented with our child protection guidelines – here. The privacy policy is reviewed annually, so you can always find the latest version among our operational documents.

Data Protection Policy for Donations Made via the Barion System:

Donations to the E-tanoda Program and the use of certain online services are voluntary and processed via online bank card payment through the Barion Payment Zrt. system. Donations and payments can be made on the website www.etanoda.hu.

Online card payments and other payment methods are processed through the Barion system. Bank card and other payment-related data are not shared with the merchant. The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is an institution supervised by the Central Bank of Hungary. License number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.

1. Data Management and Payment Process

During online payment, the User provides the following information:

    -    Last name

    -    First name

    -    Email address

    -    Billing or donation certificate name (if requested)

    -    Billing or donation certificate address (if requested)

    -    Tax number (in case of a company requesting a certificate)

The Service Provider (E-tanoda Program) is not responsible for any damages resulting from inaccurate data provided by the User.


2. Purpose of Data Processing

The Service Provider processes the provided data for the following purposes:

    -    Identification and administration of the donation or purchase, 

    -    Issuing an invoice or donation certificate (if necessary and/or requested),

    -    Maintaining contact with the User,    

    -    Conducting its own, non-intrusive online communication and fundraising activities.

Online bank card payments are processed through the Barion system. Card data are not accessible to the merchant. The service is provided by Barion Payment Zrt., an institution supervised by the Hungarian National Bank (license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013). Barion’s data protection policy is available here.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Donations and payments successfully processed through the Barion system cannot be automatically refunded. In case of an incorrect transaction or technical error, the User may contact the Service Provider via 21pedagogia@gmail.com within 3 working days.
