We are delighted and proud to share that the E-tanoda x Romoji: Friendship, Knowledge, Future program has received the Gold Level Award in the Secondary School Category of the OTP Fáy Foundation Educational Innovation Prize.

This award recognizes initiatives that introduce new, creative solutions to support learning, develop innovative pedagogical methodologies, and foster 21st-century skills. This is precisely what E-tanoda stands for: it supports young people in an online space, helping them experience the joy of learning and the power of collaboration through peer mentoring.

The program also aims to foster genuine dialogue and partnership between Roma and non-Roma youth. Online mentoring makes it possible to deliver educational support even to the most isolated regions, while mentors themselves develop empathy, communication, and social awareness.

Developed within the framework of an Erasmus+ project, the ROMOJI narrative mobile game is an interactive adventure that tells the story of everyday life in Roma communities through the friendship of three young characters — Janó, Rolkó, and Emma — exploring themes of acceptance, solidarity, and shared understanding. Together, the game and the mentoring program create a more engaging, inclusive, and personal learning experience for all participants.
