Step 20: Scoring in Non-Content Development Modules
In the attached video, we will learn how to communicate with students regarding multimedia elements (e.g., text or video materials) if they click away from the task too quickly. Of course, we can also score this, meaning we can assign points to a time limit (e.g., 2 points for 30 seconds). This means that if a student reads a text or watches a video for at least 30 seconds, they will receive 2 points. Additionally, a personal message can automatically appear (e.g., “If you read for one more minute, you’ll earn an extra 5 points!”).
