ODER FEATURES
Step 21: Flashcards and Flashcard Games
Flashcards have two sides (not surprisingly), one side can feature an image and/or text, while the other side can contain text. Additionally, we can attach audio files to the cards, allowing our students to practice pronunciation of words.
There is also the option to import entire word lists with a single click, and the video explains the exact process. Once the cards are created, students will have the opportunity to ‘shuffle’ them infinitely, and if they feel they have learned the material on a card, they can place it in the "I Know" pile, ensuring that only the cards they have not yet mastered will continue to circulate.
Flashcard Game: An interactive game is automatically created from the flashcards, where the objective is to match the corresponding cards as quickly as possible.
Generating Test Sets from Flashcards: The system can quickly create a test set from the uploaded flashcards using the "Generate Test Set" feature. During the setup, we can decide what types of tasks to include, how many points each task is worth, and what the timing will be for the test.
Unfortunately, there are no English subtitles on the video.
