Step 46: Messages - Messaging, Notifications

We have begun developing the internal messaging system within the hashtag.school platform. Currently, this feature is still in its early stages and primarily allows teachers to communicate with students individually. It's important to note that we do not wish to enable private chats among students; communication is managed through the Dashboard. This is mainly to prevent "chatting" on the platform. We want both teachers and students to use hashtag.school strictly as a tool for supporting teaching and learning processes. If that is not the case, social interactions may be challenging here.

There is no "friend request," no "like" feature, and, as mentioned, no private chat. There are also no advertisements, and we do not share students' or teachers' data with any external companies, nor do we collect such data for marketing purposes. This is all a conscious decision. We aim to implement the concept of an "ethical social platform" in the context of educational platforms and social media. We hope to succeed in this endeavor.
